CONTENTS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

We know that it is important to you that your personal information is treated with care. We therefore appreciate the fact that you trust Baader Bank AG to handle this information carefully. With this declaration, you are giving your consent to Baader Bank AG collecting, processing and using the personal data indicated on the log-in page in pursuance of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the purposes indicated here. This consent can be withdrawn with respect to the future at any time.

Use and disclosure of our customers’ personal data; earmarking

The Bank shall process personal data that is collected from the customer or business partner. We therefore

In order to provide you with the best possible service during registration, your personal data will be passed on to our service provider, salce colada ag, Neutalstr. 60, 8207 Schaffhausen, Switzerland. For Switzerland, the EU has passed an adequacy resolution certifying that Switzerland has an adequate level of protection.

We only use your personal data for communication purposes and to carry out the services we offer. The data shall be stored for the duration of the business relationship and the statutory retention period. Customers or business partners are entitled to request information about their stored personal data at any time, and may also request that this personal data be deleted or amended. Customers may also object to the processing of their personal data or request that this processing be limited. In addition, they may request that their personal data be transferred to them using a data carrier. The client is not legally or contractually obliged to provide us with its data. However, as client-specific information is required to carry out our services, failure to provide such data may mean that we are unable to consider the relevant client as an interested party for the Swiss Equities Conference.
